Section 1 Use Data
Each time a user accesses a page on our website, and each time a file saved on the website is accessed, access data regarding this process are stored in a log file. Each data record consists of:

  • the page from which the file was requested,
  • the name of the file,
  • the date and time of the request,
  • the data volume transferred,
  • the access status (file transferred, file not found, etc.),

Section 2 Inventory Data
Where within the website there is an option for entering personal or business data (email addresses, names, addresses, etc.), the disclosure of this data by the user is explicitly voluntary. Your data will only be passed on to third parties where this is necessary for the purpose of implementing any contract with the user. The same applies to storage and processing. Any other use takes place only with your prior explicit consent.
The users of the website have the right to receive information, free of charge and upon request, about the personal data relating to them that are saved. In addition, they have the right in accordance with the statutory provisions to correct, block or delete those personal data.

Section 3 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the USA. If IP anonymisation is active, however, Google will truncate the IP address for member states of the European Union, as well as for other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to Google servers in the USA and truncated there.
